Deposits (Non-Refundable)

All bookings require a non-refundable deposit to secure the appointment date and time. This deposit is applied towards the final cost of the session. In the event of a cancellation by the client, the deposit is forfeited entirely.

Rescheduling requires a minimum of 72 hours' notice. If sufficient notice is provided, the deposit may be transferred to a new date on a one-time basis, subject to studio availability. Failure to provide adequate notice will result in the loss of the deposit and require a new deposit to rebook.

Punctuality

Clients are expected to arrive exactly at their scheduled appointment time. The studio operates on a strict schedule to ensure each piece receives the dedicated attention required for exceptional craftsmanship.

If you anticipate being late, immediate communication is mandatory. Arrivals later than 20 minutes without prior communication may result in the cancellation of the appointment and forfeiture of the deposit, at the discretion of the artist.

Health Requirements

Clients must be in good health at the time of their appointment. Services will not be performed on individuals under the influence of alcohol or non-prescribed substances.

It is the client's responsibility to disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or medications prior to the procedure. We reserve the right to refuse service if we deem it unsafe to proceed based on health or hygiene concerns.

Intellectual Property

All custom designs, flash art, and visual materials produced by Jonathan Drachenberg remain the intellectual property of the artist. The payment for a tattoo is for the execution of the piece on skin, not the transfer of copyright to the design itself.

Reproduction, commercial use, or distribution of the design without explicit written consent is strictly prohibited. The artist reserves the right to use photographs of the completed work for portfolio and promotional purposes.
